Key Objectives

As a Council, we need to constantly examine our culture and drive positive change where necessary. Processes must be transparent, open and fair; effectiveness and value must be demonstrated in our operations; communication lines must remain open, and independent and respectful dialogue and debate must be promoted – no matter how sensitive the issues and no matter how stark our differences of opinion.

I believe these 4 objectives that I would bring to the role of Mayor, are the keys that underpin the success and change that we all want to see and experience in Subiaco.
